| Stone Creek |
Part of Mt. San Jacinto State Park, Stone Creek is located about 6 miles above Idyllwild, this camping area is easily accessible and right off of Hwy 243. It offers both day and overnight camping. The trails that can be accessed from this camp range from 1.5 miles to 3 miles. These trails make wonderful day hikes. Among these trails is Saw Mill Flats trail.
There are 50 sites to choose from and the campground has water & toilet facilities, fire rings, with a trailer limit of 24'. The elevation is 5,700 feet; dogs are allowed for an extra fee.
